Refund & Returns Process
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 90 days of purchase.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
1. Start the Refund & Returns process
Before you mail your item back to ILO Clothing, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
In your email make sure you include:
- Refund and Returns as subject header
- Your name
- Your order number
- The reason why you are returning the item
- What expectations did the product fall short of?
- What you would like in return:
- Store credit
- Exchange for a different product
- Full refund
You may be asked to send photos of the affected area and over all condition of the item.
2. Return your package
Please send your item back in an unused condition.
If there is something wrong with your item, we understand it may have been tried on and worn. Please state clearly on your email what you find the issue to be.
ILO Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a return if it is found to have been worn beyond trying it on, in poor condition or misused.
To send your free return, we'll provide you with a prepaid label via email. You will need to print it and attach it to your package. In the email it will state what size your package can be, or just use the original packaging if you have it.
3. Your Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your preferred choice of store credit, exchange or full refund. If you chose full refund, you will be refunded on the original payment method.
Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
