Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your ILO item/s will be dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days of your order, if you are in a rush and require faster despatch, please include a note in your order and we will endeavour to accomodate your request. We are very happy to help out with last minute gifts, and you can get them directly sent to where you are going.

UK Shipping is calculated at checkout. Email subscribers receive free shipping, non-subscribers receive free shipping on orders £40 and above and will be sent via Evri.

International Shipping will be via Evri International if available to your destination, it is tracked but not fully insured. If not available to your country or you require insurance please choose the tracked Royal Mail Service at checkout. Email subscribers receive free shipping on international orders £75 and above.

If your order is a gift it includes your gift message handwritten on a card, add your message before check out, in the Cart. No invoices are sent with orders. If you require and invoice please get in touch.

ILO only uses 100% home-compostable materials for posting, this means all packaging is paper-based and it doesn't need industrial composting to biodegrade. Please dispose of it responsibly – earthworms will love it!
